Square post produced by low carbon steel sheet,it is welded pipe.
The surface can be powder coating or hot dip galvainze
For the powder coating post,we always use pre-galv tube then powder coating.
Pre-galv post zinc coating about 40g/sqm,the powder coating around 40μm
Common style without clip,customer can buy the matched clips to install different fence,such as double wire fence,8/6/4mm fence,3D fence.
We can also install clips on the post in advance.
The clips are PVC with stainless steel washer.
Two install method for the square post:
First one,you can pre-embedded the post into the earth,about 500mm into ground,so when you choose the size,the post should be 500mm longer than the fence.
Second one,Use a square ground base for the post,No need to dig and embed,Only fix the base on the ground then join the post and base together by screw,but the ground must be concrete,Because of the base can’t fix on the earth,the earth too soft.The height can be same as the fence.
It is easy to choose the right size post,
Concrete ground use metal base with post,post height same as fence.
Earth ground should choose longer post,the post must be 500mm more than the fence.
